Whichever functions, in whatever files, you wanted some group to have whatever access DarkRP gives them normally as admin would need to be changed.

No idea. I don't use DarkRP, not going to download it if I can ever help it.
Search for text within the files using Windows search of some of the commands.

Seems like you're wanting to be spoon fed.
