How to make a trial admin class.

I was wondering how I would make a Trial Admin class for ULX.

The class would have the powers of: Kick, 1Hr Ban, Goto, Bring,

If there is already some addon with this, please link. Thx

Please see the "ulx usermanagementhelp" from your console. You'll need server console or superadmin access.
Specifically, commands "ulx addgroup" and "ulx groupallow"

Also, ULX's latest release has no temporary ban. Though giving someone ban access, they can set a time limit... there is no 'tempban' that would prevent them from setting more than one hour.
