Thank you for being more verbose, it makes it much easier for us to help you. :)

Menus don't currently work in SVN (as in, you should get nothing, error or otherwise when using them). I don't know why you would be receiving the error you are. Are you using the latest version of both ULib and ULX? Is this the only error you receive, when you try to open the menu?

yes this is the only error I recieve and yes I updated earlier today.

Well, you shouldn't be receiving an error, but considering that the menus shouldn't work at all right now, I wouldn't worry about it.
