Adverts, they'll be back when they get written back in. They're not a high priority on the rewrite list.
Try using motd to notify players to clean up stuff while on/not using it.
Use UPS or another prop protect that erases stuff when they leave.
Teleport works both from chat and console.
If you're getting an error, please post it.
Don't just assume something is missing.
"ulx help" even shows teleport is available.
