Quickest most easiest request

Could someone please give me that commands followed by:

ulx allowgroup user "!etcetc"

So basically i want

ulx allowgroup user "ulx god" "!%all or something"

So they can only use god on themself instead of everyone else.

If you had read about the new targetting system here or in "ulx help" you would have known how to do this without asking. :P
