Ban List on Website

I am currently using vBulletin forum software, and I am wondering if there is any way that I can view the bans on a website.
The ban list doesn't have to be integrated into the forum, but I can integrate it if its in php code.

I've searched and couldn't find anything, so forgive me if this is already discussed.

I am looking for something like http://www.darklandservers.com/banlist.php
I understand that it is custom, but just an idea.

I couldn't view the link for whatever reason.
No matter though, there have been several discussions about storing bans (and other user information) in SQL that you should be able to find using our search feature.
