New server config

Hi a few days ago i bought a server so i can host garrysmod games. i am a bit of noob with the concept of adding users to the user .txt. i have installed ulx proporly because you can use the command "ulx help". i was just wondering if somone could help me by adding myself to the server owner group and give it full rights to do anything.

The ulx readme.txt in \addons\ulx points to a Gmod wiki article that explains the simplest way which will help your server see you as superadmin almost no matter what mod you use.
There's also our faq section.
Have a look over it. If you're using SVN, some bits regarding immunity are out of date, but overall still helpful.
