ULX/Ulib Unauthed Player error (SVN)

I keep getting that unauthed player error although I am in the users.txt (In settings)

Its a hosted server.

I seem to be getting this error before it.

Removing Hook 'ThinkForVoiceMute'
Help would be appreciated.

Spyster, where did you get your SVN from? Your host? Or us?
We've seen recent host that doesn't keep up to date. Make sure you're getting it using the SVN access info instructions.
As for that error, I'm not sure it's a ULib function. (Though, I don't currently have SVN installed to verify)
Running other admin mods? They may be conflicting.

Im running Assmod, for tool restricting.

Ive seen another server use the combo and they didnt conflict.

I got it from your ULX that I uploaded to the server via FTP.
