Maybe add some kinda sort of place, so when admins ban the player, they know how many times they been banned for and reasons. Maybe do it like this;
Console:
ulx playerlookup "name or steamid" or !lookup "name or steamid"
Should bring up a box that says

SteamID:
Last Banned:
History: (Ban History)
