ULX Help please

Im having a bit of bother with ULX, sometimes when i first join my server im not super admin, so i have to rejoin, then when i rejoin i am back to my super admin status, also there are no maps in my votemap list and no members in any group but the user group, yet im clearly superadmin as it says next my name when selecting a user to use a command.
Can someone please tell me whats wrong with my ULX?

Please be more clear. Why do you think that no players are in any groups but the user group? What do you mean no maps in your votemap list? And what do you mean "it says superadmin next to your name"?

when i first join my server i'm not in the super admin group so i have to leave and rejoin the game to get put back into the super admin also this always happens when a new map is loaded after x amount of rounds, and when you go to the groups tab/module the only group with members in are the guest/user group, yet when i go to execute a command such as jail, in the group next to the users name it says there group/permissions and my name would have super admin yet if i go to the groups module the super admin group is blank.

Try running in sandbox mode with no other addons on the server and tell us if you have the same problem.
