How to change adverts?

ULX Is playing the two default adverts in my server, the one what says that ULX is running SVN <unknown> reversion and in the middle of your screen with "Enjoy your stay on <insert server and gamemode here>"

Anyways, I want to add my own adverts and such but I cant remove the default onces or add my own, I always did it though the GUI, I know that you guys have issue with the GUI so I need another way to change them (I hope there is one.)

Other then that, I have not encountered any problems with ULX.

Please, please, please use search from the main front page before making posts.
Searching for 'adverts' found this, which includes recommendations and instructions for where the 'original' file is, and where it should end up after editing.

I did, the only file I have in data/ulx is sbox_limits.txt nothing else.

Edit: I derped, its not data/ulx but addons/data/ulx
