There is no command you need to set up uteam correctly. If you follow the above comment above yours, you can learn how to set up uteam.

Is there a way to make the tag one color, then keep the name the same color as the team they're on? For example, in jailbreak, you want admin to be in red, but they're a guard, so their name should stay blue, so it should look like [Admin] Person:, but then that same player switches to prisoners, so the colors should automatically change to [Admin] Person:

Call me a stupid dumbass  but for the life of me i cant figure out where cl_tag.lua config file for managed_chat_tags goes... im completely lost here....
and the filepaths are nowhere in the code/your instructions or anywhere on this forum topic afaik...

When you add the manage_chat_tags folder to your addons, the cl_tag.lua will be IN the folder. The instructions are pretty clear on the OP.

Uh... this is the zip i downloaded, extracted and inside the folder.... http://i.imgur.com/IXWNdpZ.png do i create the file? is that what im supposed to do?

or am i downloading a completely wrong addon?

edit: heres a freshly downloaded zip of the manage chat tags: http://i.imgur.com/CleDtNg.png there isnt a cl_tag.lua ....
