ULX Manage Permissions Not Working

ULX was working fine the first week or two my server was up, and randomly the ULX manage group permissions just stopped working, (i am the owner, in owner group that has access based off the super admins) when i or my superadmins try to manage permissions in the groups tab it slides out but its completely empty. It worked before this when we were setting up and making the groups, but now it just refuses to work, is there any known fix for this?
