Hi guys, bit of an update here.
I had the issue of some prop spam with a VIP tool, wanted to check if said user was a VIP, after searching his SteamID I couldn't find him in my users.txt file. I later found out that he is indeed VIP so searched him by his name and found this:

The thing that I noticed instantly was where the SteamID should be a strange number appears... I can't work out what this number means exactly but it is giving GoldVIP to the SteamID: STEAM_0:1:46476790
