ULX - "Groups" tab permissions greyed out '~'

Hi, I installed some stuff recently and for some reason my ULX menu is acting up.  The issue is clearly shown in this picture >>  http://grab.by/s5ik

We have many reports of DarkRP not always working well with ULX. Make sure you're using the latest version of DarkRP and check the server console for errors.

Does anyone perhaps know off-hand if there's a version of ulx/ulib currently publicly available that is known to work fine with DarkRP 2.4.3?  Cause I'm still dealing with this issue day to day since I first made this post way back when.

ULX works fine with DarkRP.
It's DarkRP that doesn't work fine with ULX.
It keeps adjusting group access to what it believes is needed, but, that rules out any other group changing including ULX.
You could try making yourself superadmin using server console. (There is NO owner in Gmod, it's something darkrp made up)
You could try removing Fadmin.
Or, better yet, because I believe I read somewhere that older versions of DarkRP 2.5 and below had bad exploit, you could update to latest DarkRP.
The DarkRP devs no longer support <2.5 as listed http://wiki.darkrp.com/index.php/MigratingTo2.5.0
We don't support DarkRP much, but we're really not going to support a version that is now been obsolete by the developers.

Hmmm...  Thats unfortunate as I would never update to 2.5 'nor would I hear the end of it if I were to get rid of fadmin(as its so much quicker and simpler to use than ulx).  Thanks anyway guys:/

FAdmin is included in darkrp 2.5 and ulx works with it it also has much nicer menus there is only on thing that i have a problem with is that there is no commands tab in the f4 menu anymore for stuff like health and that you have to click f1 and find the commands

Well fadmin and ulx USED to work fine in unison... I never updated either of them yet still got this issue randomly.  And the only reason I'm so against updating to 2.5 is because for those of us who built our servers around 2.4.3, addon compatibility is a major issue when updating...  I realize they have new cooler looking menus but my server's menus are all custom and IMO, much better. Not to mention they aren't compatible with 2.5.  I could rant for hours about 2.5 but I'll spare you guys:p so again, just a recap, if anyone knows how to get this ONE thing workingplease gimme a shout as the rest of my ulx is fine.  Thanks.

ULX works fine with DarkRP.

DarkRP works fine with ulx.

FAdmin does not work fine with ulx

BUT you can remove/disable FAdmin in the darkRPmodif addon, then it should work fine again.



After all I would say delete DarkRP and burn fptje down for his stupid idea to force a admin mod into a gamemode.

To me, fadmin and darkrp are synonymous.
So, no, DarkRP doesn't work fine with ULX by default.

Stingwraith, you answered your own question in your first post, if you're going to ignore our attempts to help, so be it.
You installed some stuff recently. Things started acting up.
Seems to me, beside having an older version of DarkRP we've seen repeatedly have issues with ULX groups, some mod you've installed has added more corruption.
