Just to make new ultimate power groups that have everything, for new servers, easy to make owner ranks.
Anyone agree?

Just make a group inherit from superadmin since superadmin already has everything, no need to make anything more complicated than it needs to be.

Wolf, Gmod expects superadmin to be the top most of all groups.
Gmod, and ULX, give superadmin all commands by default.
Gmod has no clue what "owner" is, as, superadmin = server owner by default according to all other Gmod scripts internal and 3rd party.
DarkRP is the only mod I've ever see try to screw that up.
FTPje may be upset I say that, but, damnit, Gmod made superadmin highest for a reason.

lol xD

Superadmin is and should stay the highest rank, every server owner who wants to change that shouldnt be a server owner, simple as that.
