Subgroups

Is there a way to do a subgroup so if someone is a moderator you can select them to choose VIP jobs?

No, not technically. You're in a group or your not.
Ulib allows for inheriting other lower access "groups" commands.
If whatever "job" your asking about uses "group" access, if moderator inherits VIP, then, yes.
However, it's my understanding, jobs have nothing to do with group access in most gamemodes (including DarkRP).
Jobs I think are based on teams.

Depends on if you use a customcheck for the ULX group. In my experience, I just considered all admins vip and it settled the issue.
