A Ban Screen?

Heya, I was just wondering if it was possible so when a  User get's Banned/Kicked he would be prompted with a Screen displaying some information abut his ban (in-game) and after 10 seconds the command would activate. I know is this is a big ask but is it Possible. I have seen it before. Also, could this work when you die so when you die you have to wait lets say 50 seconds and a Message pops up?

No, ULX doesn't have these capabilities.
Anything you saw would have been another addon.
