Hi,

My Server can't execute Ulx anyone know why? and can one make a little video tutorial or a tutorial with pictures?

If you don't read the instructions or give us a more detailed problem people will just laugh at you. Are there errors in console? Where did you install to? Did you install ULib?

1.Guests (Blue)
2.V.I.P.'s (Yellow)
3.Admins (Red)

How i can make this?  ;D

Try using Google.
Facepunch forums no longer supports gmod9, and no one here ever wrote team scripts for Gmod 9, at least that I can find from our releases.
