Hey folks!

I know i am new and that's why my post should be important!  ::)

Can you please enable non-registered users to download files from the site? It is just unnecessary extra page loads for me. I don't think it reasonable to require registration for downloading files anyways.
I did sign up because i wanted to post / comment on the site, i had no idea i can download anything.

It seems 100% necessary. Otherwise, SPAM BOTS EVERYWHERE!!!

We disabled guest attachment links due to abuse, including but not limited to hotlinking from other sites/discussion forums.
Though there are SMF plug-ins that can be used to prevent some abuses, to keep the moderation from our side simple, we just dis-allow guest view of attachments.
