Hello,

is there an ulx module or even an ulx option that disallows joining if you use a family shared gmod?

No, ULX doesn't include it by default.
However, using Google, searching +site:forums.ulyssesmod.net for the word "family" found this.

You might find more using other words such as shared account, etc.
