need ulx help

im very noobie to hosting dedicated servers
but i need some help
i ran the ulx and ulib installer but then what do i do?
i need to add some admins(including myself)
Oh and if anyone could give me a good config script it would help greatly.
and how do i change the motd?
if someone could give me a link to a tutorial or give me a tutorial it would be greatly appreciated.

And, to be a bit more helpful than answering all the questions that are already answered in our readme file;
When you run the installer, if you don't change the location it asks to install, it places Ulib_readme.txt and the ULX_readme.txt in your garrysmod client folder.
Not the server, which you normally have to install somwhere else.
So, find the readme files, and they explain where to put them for the server.
