ulx no commands issue

Ive started a server recently and instaled ulx but when i did !menu all that came up was usermanagment help no other commands came up ive tried reinstalling ulx but nothing works                  here is a picture                         http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198034179041/screenshot/443954789240565956

I hear FAdmin is bad.  It's built into DarkRP, might want to try to disable it.  Otherwise a fresh install of ULX/ULib might be good (make sure it's from this website).  And factory reset might be wise if disabling FAdmin doesn't work.  You can find instructions in the FAQ section.

User management help is by default given to users, are you sure you are set to superadmin in ULX?

(Console commands: ulx adduser [name] [group] OR ulx adduserid [steamid] [group])
