Good Gmod Sandbox Tools and Other Stuff

Hey guys im here again with another question

What addons would be great for a sandbox server i got a collection of them that i use with fast DL (Workshop Edition)
I got many tools but which ones a really great building tools.

And also i want to know is there any addon that shows what a country a users from or a script for it? Like when you point at a player it shows what country their from and stuff like that.

"good" is a matter of opinion that vary from person to person.

As for country scripts, I think we have one or two in our Releases section - you should review all of them, lots of good stuff in there that might be used for a build server. (and some of course built for other gamemodes)
Though I know we have a country script or two there, not sure any where you can point at a player and get the info.
If you know / are learning lua, I don't see why you couldn't take the info as basis, store it in a variable, and then add it.
I'm not one for constant player pop-ups when pointing at other players, but, that's just me.
