Becoming own admin on listen sever

I have put  LISTEN_ADMIN_ACCESS = "bcdefghijklmnopqrstuz" in my users file but when i start a sever (IN GMOD) i try the command ulx_csay fdfd (i put letters to test if it works)and it says do not have acsess help in exact words or words so a noob can understand lol

do i need to put my steam id in?
(if so how and where?)

OR do i need to put the command ulx_adduser D@_G0LD3N_MEALION
or is it ulx_adduser <STEAM ID> m?
<M is for the acsess type>
p.s is there a letter where u can get all of the things if so wat?

No, ulx_adduser is for adding users when you already have access. (If you didn't need access to use it, any one could add themselves as an admin)

Try typing 'status' in console and posting what it says here (SteamID, UNKNOWN, or STEAMIDPENDING)

Ok i typed status on my lan sever (IN GMOD) and i typed status and this is wat is says
