My ULib/ULX versions:
ULib v2.52d (01/03/16)
ULX v3.62d (01/01/16)

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: DarkRP

So I've looked all over the forums for the solution, found some but they weren't really that helpful. So what's happened is I go to the ULX folder in addons and there is not motd.txt there. So then I look it up in my file explorer and find the motdmenu.lua file. I open it up and see this ULib.fileRead( "data/ulx_motd.txt" ) in a part of the code. Maybe this is of help anyway I will reply to you when I can. I only really want to find this so I can edit the rules shown.

Update your ULX.
The updated ULX and ULib address issues with the MOTD.

The current MOTD file (in your version) is located in the workshop addon, there were ways to copy the file (or create your own) that would overwrite the default, but the new version has better options and should work great for you! Take a look at the changelogs in the news forum for more info.
