ulx not working properly

so today when i got on all my admins were going crazy about how the dev broke the server. the dev tried to "clean up" the groups, but now no one has access to anything. we can still go to people but fadmin isn't working we cant go to or ban using that. would a ulx and ulib reinstall fix this??

Not like you're thinking. Touching the addons folder would do nothing.
You need to reset.
See the FAQ section for resetting ULX to defaults.
There are two methods, one involves direct server console access, one involves direct file access while the server is down.
