ULX You Don't Have Access

So In ULX, I can't add users such as myself. I own a server that has a one click option and it downloaded to my server. I do ulx adduser my name superadmin. you don't have permission to this command. Please help

You need to do it via the server console. If you've never done it before, you are a user, so you don't have access to ulx adduser. What host are you using?

Do you have any access to an rcon? A remote console? If you're the owner, you should be able to execute commands on the server via a console. If that's the case, you need to add yourself to super admin from that console, and then you can add other people to different ranks.

Well I have a Web Console, I put in my RCON password and than I get a way to put commands but it constantly does the loading screen at the top. I can type in commands but none of them load my server

Whatever your host is, find your server console. Type "ulx adduser <name> superadmin". Idk what loading screen you're talking about. There shouldn't be one? o -o

It could be that his host gives him access to the actual command line, and that he has to do some command to get into the server's console. Contact your host and ask them how to access the server console.
