ULX motd should refresh every time

Is there like a cache file I can delete or something? The motd stays as the old one and won't update if i change it (url). See the screenshot in the attachment, the motd is old and bad. I have a new one but it is stuck as this one. Help?

There's no caching besides what the built-in browser natively caches -- unless your server is configured strangely, this should not be a problem.

It is literally just ulx and murder which is modded, no addons
I think the "web browser" you have for your motd doesn't display the page correctly and is . just my opinion, that's all. I'll have to dumb it down even more now.

The browser framework is Awesomium, and is baked into Garry's Mod. It is beyond anyone's control.

Awesomium admittedly isn't the best, but it's certainly better than some.
