ULX is working but won't do anything when I add myself as Superadmin!

This was on my hosted server by serenityservers.com. ULX was active, the MOTD was on, but when I try to add myself it doesn't work! I'm using the command 'rcon ulx adduser <pablo> superadmin 1' in my web "rcon" console. Is my name supposed to be in <> or not, I've tried it both ways. I've even added myself to the users.txt admin list but it still won't work! It won't even respond in the console when I type in the command, it just does nothing.

You don't have to type 'rcon' in the console, just the command. So if your name was 'pablo' the command would me

Yes, I've tried that aswell. It's just that nothing will work.

Have you tried reading through the FAQ for this specific topic? Also are you on the latest version of ULX/ULib because you seemed to erase that from your post.
