Falco's Prop Protection

To start off, I know ULX has nothing to do with FPP and they are two different plugins.

I'm using Falco's Prop Protection (up-to-date, came with vanilla darkrp gamemode).

Is there anyway to limit the prop pick-up abilities, for example:

• Default admin group from ULX can pick up anyone's props except for the default superadmin's props.

* I have accomplished this in the past somehow, but this was ages ago and I forgot how to do it, and I know ULX has nothing to do with FPP and they are two different plugins but is there anyone who can help? I'd like to make it to where I can control the prop pick-up so admin's can't pickup or toolgun any group that is above that group's props. I hope I can get a solution as I have spent hours surfing the web and looking through code to jog my memory of how to accomplish this, and I'm not exactly the best coder but I have "some" experience.
