[Solved]Can't use admin only weapons

Whenever i try to spawn weapons with the golden shield nothing happens please help

Do you have ULX installed? If yes, what version?
What gamemode are you using?

When trying to use this "golden shield", are there any lua errors in game OR server console?

Does ULX see you as a admin or superadmin?
(Check this using "ulx who" in your server console while you are playing on your server.

Is the golden shield an addon?
Have you tried other admin commands?

Is the golden shield an addon? Golden shield isn't an addon it's the thing that shows when an item is admin only

Owner is not a standard Gmod group. Though we've seen it mentioned in DarkRP, Sandbox and it's code have no idea what it is.
If you are indeed your server owner, you need to add yourself to "superadmin" using your server console.
Superadmin is the highest group gmod knows by default. It's root access. Top dog. Head cheese. ..., ... , ...

Solved,I deleted the ulx and ulib folders in garrysmod/data and the problem fixed itself
