logEcho keeps deactivating

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.63
ULX v3.73

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:

My Problem:
The logEcho function in ULX keeps resetting itself when the Server restarts or changes Map.
When it turned itself off, I can't activate it again in the in-game menu.
Though when I set it in the data file, it works until I change the Map, or until the Server restarts.

It's not any other Plugins.
The bug happened after a while without me or others changing anything in the Server files or in the ULX menu.

Ok, this is issue has been "fixed".
Basically, our Server got hacked and now everything is corrupted...  >:(
But hey, now it works.  :P

But this shouldn't be put aside.
Maybe someone can do some testing.
