Broken ULX

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.63
ULX v3.73

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: DarkRP

The problem i am having is two; firstly some commands i am not able to use such as the adduser command on the ulx menu as when i try to add a user to a rank, it comes up with this in chat, "Usage: ulx adduser <player> <group> - Add a user to specified group."

Secondly, when i try to reinstall ulx from factory settings or type "ulx resettodefaults" in console, as soon as the server starts up the original data somehow comes back and all my groups return which is not what i want. i have searched and asked people and no one else seems to be having this problem, do you know what i should do?

Your second problem is coming from FAdmin, which is saving your settings. You need to wipe or disable FAdmin as well.

Your first problem might also be something to do with FAdmin, but I'm not sure. Can you try adding someone from console and see if you have the same issue?
