ULX Commands Not Working Ingame

Hey guys, I'm having trouble with ULX, I just reinstalled my DarkRP server and now ULX will not work ingame, I can run commands via the RCON Console but not ingame, the xgui comes up and all the commands are listed, they just do not run and I can't change anything, I am superadmin.

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.63w
ULX v3.73w

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:
DarkRP

Lua errors shown in console, if any:
None

It's quite possible DarkRP is over-riding permissions if you just re-installed it.
The issue you describe really sounds like your game client isn't seeing you as superadmin, or is/would throw errors in game or server console when connecting and/or running commands.
If you try to run a command from chat or client console instead of XGUI menu, what errors? What does ULX tell you if no error?
