Annoying popup every 10 minutes??!!

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v..2.63
ULX v..3.73

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: Cinema

I seriously dislike this pop up constantly showing up... How can I disable this from ever happening again? I find this quite annoying as this is the only way to become admin of my server and no one wants to read this every 10 minutes.

Could you point me to the exact file? I already opened all of these files and searched to bits of the popup and found no line of code containing that text from the popup.

But, again, you don't need to edit any file code.
You can use the XGUI menu to control any ULX setting.
Bind a key to "xgui" in console (or just type it in console)
Once open, go to settings tab - server tab - select "ulx adverts", edit/remove/add new/colorize settings of any advert.
