 You don't mean the client menu, do you? It should work from there.
The 'Bans' menu is for showing information/removing of bans. As megiddo states, there is no ban option there.

I have the same problem, I can't ban anybody.
No errors in console, i've tried "ulx ban" and the "clientmenu"...
Nothing.

First, please ensure you are running the latest version of both ULib and ULX. Then, please run the command "ulx debuginfo" from server console (or through rcon), and return here with the contents of garrysmod/data/ulx/debugdump.txt.

I've just tried to ban myself with the panel but this didn't work.
In console i types : "ulx ban "Lpha" 1 test" and it works.

The panel seems to be bugged.
