ulx doesnt work

aww man everything i wrote got deleted so im gonna get to the point
when i put in the user txt in the settings the ulx menu doesnt work. then i put the ulx stuff in the ulib users txt and that also didnt work.
i set myself as superadmin on both txt and still it says i dont have access
can anyone help me with this?

If you follow every step there, I'm betting you won't need to follow step 4.
(Hint: Our ulx_readme.txt never recommends to edit ULib users.txt manually)

and also can you tell me who to install sui scoreboard, and uteam?
and if you could help me to make groups like superadmin, admin, moderator, senior, regular and client?
in the group .txt cause i tried to make my own group with thise same names and it said unidentified.
alot of my friends would like this to work on my server.
