Banned myself and cant find the banned users list?

I can't find the banned users list.  I am not running gmod+ or anything like that.  Just srcds with ulx.  Everything worked great and then whoops.  Now I cant get into my own server

I believe it's called banned.cfg, just delete it.

I just serched every .cfg file on there and nothing even close to that

Turned out that after restarting the server I am no longer banned.  Now I wonder can people that I banned before still join.  I think I need to make a banned.cfg but how?   Hmmm  I am still not sure how I kicked and banned myself.  I now that I pressed the wrong key but I should nat have been able to do that because of the permissions.  "abcdefg...etc?

Yes I believe its still possible to ban yourself, try making a banned.cfg in your gmod folder. I myself have never been quite able to make a permanent ban config.

exec banned_ip.cfg; writeip
To your server.cfg and rejoice as your banned users are added there.
