How can i find out me and my friends SteamIDs?

well actually i am writing this to help MasterMike
so, he needs the steamIDs of him and his friends to make them and him admins, and he knows about the users.txt and such
so how do you get a steamID?

Search. From the main forum page, I used "steam id" and that was the first link.
Most forums have it.

We really are helpful around here. We just get frustrated with repeat posts, or repeat answers that aren't difficult to find.
