ULX HELP!

Hi i use dedicated server, i made an Super admin to myself but i cant use the commands!?? i can ban and kick by Scoreboard but no commands, example: !jail Neolite turns to : You do not have access to that command, Neolite. Pls help me!!!

Ive been there and done everything...... still cant use the commands. even if im admin, i did ULX adduser "neolite" superadmin 1, i can kick in scoreboard but no commands.. pls just tell me whats wrong instead of letting me read. im just gonna fail it.

There are instructions in the FAQ. Follow them. It will solve your problems one way or another.

Neolite, seriously. We're not being mean. We tire of answering the same questions regarding access from people who say they've followed the directions, but haven't.
One FAQ in particular regarding trouble with access has a lie detector.
If you've truly done 'everything' in the FAQs regarding trouble with access, we would know.
You haven't followed every direction.
We can't (and often won't) help you until you truly have followed every direction.
Often, following every step actually fixes it before the lie detector test.
