Kicks players at 250(or whatever you decide) ping.

Gives warnings to lower ping, kicks in 5 - 10 seconds?

We would never, ever make something like this in the U-suite. Kicking high-pinged players in Garrysmod is beyond useless, it shows total lack of understanding on the part of the admin.

What about in a deathmatch game mode? Would the high latency character not hop around or would they simply move then stop.. move then stop.. (the ladder would only hurt the lagger)

I'm not 100% sure on how this works with Garrys Mod. But I agree, lagging players don't lag the server, so for sandbox gamemodes there is no reason on kick someone with high ping.

I didn't know this, I thought that was the case.

But i do seem to get glitchy for some reason.

And yes in a deathmatch gamemode, such as ZS.

Ahhh another misunderstanding brought on from counterstrike,

Many times have I told my admin's this
Many times they have kicked high ping players.
Server lag = EVERYONE LAG
player lag = YOUR LAG deal with it or upgdade youer hardware

The only reason kicking a player in CS:S for high ping makes sense is that they also tend to have more loss/choke on their connection (though not always.) It is this loss/choke which creates the effect of the player jumping around on the server as they move. Kicking a player for high ping in a game like garrysmod (at least sandbox) makes absolutly no sense.
