I've thought about this for a long time and think it would make an awesome addition to ULX.

The ability to give certain users a "trustee" status.  This would give the user a just a handful of basic privileges in the event that there are no admins present on the server (kick/jail).  When an admin joins, the user loses these privileges.

Not necessarily a user group, but perhaps some kind of flag that can be added to select players.

An interesting idea for a ULib addon, but not necessarily integrated into ULX itself.
Good time for someone to learn Lua and ULib command structure. :)
