I don't know why this happend but it never sent me the email, any suggestions?

Mp6, someone else had problems with the email provider you're using. I don't know how, but the previous person found the email and registered.

I changed a few options, sent myself another email and it still did not send, what can I do?

Meg, his provider doesn't like our emails. One other person using same provider (but a different domain name) also had to be manually registered.
I was hoping he could find us in his spam folders. I sent him (Mp6) another confirmation email a few days ago.
