Missing Map ?

On my server i only can have Gm_flatgrass and Gm _Construct if i have like Gm_Megastruct_v4 or somthing it come for me and for all player who wanna join my server .. but if i have the map alredy in map on my steam folders its work only problem is that player not can download maps from my server they can download stools and props but not maps ?
