Kennis, though we understand your suggestion, making it easier for server owners is allready being done.
Having to give the rights for URestrict to each individual person, rather than just giving the admin group, would for most people be more difficult.
As I've stated before, admin and superadmin access are sacred.
ULib allows for many other custom group creations that could in many ways mimic ULX admin access, without giving someone admin access.
Jay may find a compromise, but I personally don't believe removing the IsAdmin check would make it easier for all.

[Edit] - Jay, perhaps using "ucl.query" along with the IsAdmin checks might work. This way, adding URestrict to the denies of any player would, in theory, prevent them from using the control panel functions. My only concern would be which functions to prevent changes to. You'd still want them to be able to allow friends to touch thier own items of course. I figure you probably already have that set up though.

I add paint tool, on urestrict list, but it doesnt block it. people can still use paint.. bug or?

I also have this, I'm guessing the paint tool is retarded compared to other tools.
