So i downloaded the SVN and when i went into gmod and typed in URestrict, it said unknown command. Can u help me?

Try lowercase , "urestrict"
SVN of all our projects have been changing somewhat lately to make them compatible with linux.
If that doesn't work, make sure ULib is running (check your server console during startup, let us know any errors about it)

im not sure how to check if ULib is running. i dont know how to activate it. couldnt really find a whole lot of instructions. i suppose that is probably y. can u tell me how to check and get that working?

GREAT WORK, i had tried changing things to lower case already but somehow failed :p

also yeah while urestrict was not working on mah old linux server i used unolimiter, umm i think changing the multiplier thing still effected all sbox limits which i dont like, coz this can cause ppl with respected to have double lights instead of normal. so yeah.

all i need now is to fix the  PHX problem i was having with linux (i would need to edit each file, i posted on facepunch asking ppl just said all this complex stuff and wer rude)
so i thought this lol.
they could have done what you have and fixed the capital problem and updateed svn ima go ask them now :P
