If you'd taken an extra 1-2 minutes to look over the past few pages, we're not sure Jay's around anymore to update this.
URestrict worked fine, until Gmod updated several times.
So, waste of time? When it worked, no.
With you posting information that many already know (by reading past few pages), hey, more your waste than ours.

URestrict is actually very useful. It manages loadouts like a champ, I use it daily.
