SWEP Menu

It would be nice to have a command
under the client menu to toggle on and
off the clients SWEP menu. On my
server I have a problem with people
screwing with the SWEPs or doing other
stuf so I am forced to remove the SWEP
menu, so a command on the client menu
to disable a clients SWEP menu would be
helpful.

A SWEP menu is currently planned (but not guaranteed) for the next ULX release. Thanks for the suggestion!

Pretty easy to do with a few lines of code, but I'm too tired after 12 hours of marching today, maybe if I remember.
