Jack,
I've reread your post several times now and can't understand what you're asking.
Can you try again?
If English isn't your primary/first language, try asking again in both english AND your primary/first language.
German? Deutch?
Perhaps then we can find an interpreter if we don't understand your english.

Please ask your question again if possible in english. Try a different way of asking.

And, go ahead and ask it again in German too. Maybe we can find an interpreter.

We did not understand your first question.

You now only have 1 user (the 5th one you added is the only one there)?
Or, 4 users (4th was replaced by 5th?)
How did you add users?
Did you edit a file manually, or did you use "ulx adduser"?
If manual, what file location did you edit?

Did person already exist in the file, perhaps a different name, but same steamid?

We've never seen this problem before.
Have you tried adding any more since? Can you reproduce, make the problem happen again?

If you try to add another, does it add, or overwrite?

I think I see the problem.
Your user "//tn// h0m3r"

His name has forward slashes "//"
Gmod Lua sees two forward slashes as a "comment" or "remark". That is, a note for those looking at the actual program.

I think that when you add a user, ULX sees that as a comment instead of as a user, so removes it and the rest of his information before writing the rest of the file/users back to the file.

Are you using the official release from our www.ulyssesmod.net, or are you using SVN beta?
